Virtual Resort Manager Adds New Client

Maggie Mountain Vacation Rentals, the vacation rental arm of Prudential 1st Choice, Realtors,® recently became the 43rd North Carolina rental management company to select Virtual Resort Manager as its vacation rental management software provider.

The Maggie Valley company’s rental program is the result of the merger of two programs, one of which used Rent One OnLine, and the other the former Instant Software Entech platform.   VRM was chosen to replace the two systems because of its accounting, and its ability to assimilate properties and reservations from the two existing systems into a single North Carolina-compliant system.

The installation includes the use of VRM’s BookEasy™ web booking engine, which has been deployed to the multiple public websites managed by the company.  The principal website is located at http://www.maggiemountainvacations.com.

Myra Glover, broker at Maggie Mountain, told us that … “the system has proven to be user friendly, and the customer support has been outstanding.  In fact, the support has been what’s made it the simplest to make the change.   We thought it was going to be much tougher, but now we’re absolutely lovin’ it!”

Prudential 1st Choice services the Maggie Valley, Waynesville, and Lake Junaluska  communities from its mountainside offices thirty-five miles west of Asheville.  Brokers Ben and Myra Glover founded the company in 2003, and lead a staff of 10.

Virtual Resort Manager was founded in 2002, and now provides web-based “Software-as-a-Service” solutions, including websites and marketing, to over 100 clients throughout the United States.
