1. The first thing is so simple it seems silly to mention but in the long run this will save you tons of frustration and could possibly make you some extra cash. The VRM software will NOT let the customer make an online reservation without signing the vacation rental agreement (VRA) as you might already know. So what happens when you get a client that insists they “never signed any rental agreement” and they “don’t want to pay” for their cancelled reservation? It’s simple. The VRM application keeps track of all your signed VRA's for you and will let you view  and print them at any time. 2. The second cool VRM application thing you will want to know about is our Guest Charge configurations! We get lots of questions from our clients about guest charges like linen rentals or administration costs and what you can do with them. With the VRM application you can have your cake and eat it too! We allow our clients to configure guest charges as optional or mandatory, visible on the website or not, and we give you the option to have the charge on an opt-in or opt-out basis. This can be great if your Management Fee is not optional but you want a detailed outline of what the customer is paying for. 3. Lastly, if you use the block format for your search results then perk up this one is for you! We have formatted a way that within the software you can put a few lines about your property. You can edit this “short description” to be the same through all your web groups or change it for each web group it is in. This means that your "short description" for your oceanfront search results and your description for your pet friendly search results can be different. Want to know the best part?
